How a shipment runs

Get a quote Choose the service, list your parcels with weight and dimensions, tell us where we collect and deliver. The system prices it immediately.

Accept and give us your details We take the importer and exporter details, TIN, VAT and customs codes, and email the clearing instruction to both parties.

We collect Drop it at our depot, or we collect from your address on the date and time you tell us the cargo is ready.

Every piece is labelled and scanned A QR label per piece — 1 of 5, 2 of 5. Sender and receiver get a WhatsApp message at every step.

Cross-border clearing Our clearing agent handles the documents at the border. Clearing fees, VAT on the goods and duties are billed at cost.

Delivery or depot collection Delivered to the door in Eswatini or South Africa, or collected at the depot — signed for and scanned either way.
